It started with a tree I almost didn’t buy… I still remember standing in a small nursery corner, staring at this delicate little Japanese maple. It looked… fragile. Almost too pretty for my slightly chaotic backyard. The leaves were this deep red, almost glowing, and I remember thinking, there’s no way this survives in my … Read more
It started with a front door that felt… underwhelming I remember standing outside my own house one evening, keys in hand, just kind of staring at the entrance. Nothing was wrong, exactly. The paint was fine. The path worked. There were even a couple of plants sitting there trying their best. But the whole space … Read more
It started with a problem I didn’t even realize I had. My living room felt… exposed. Not in a dramatic way, just in that subtle, everyday sense where everything is visible all the time. It started with a space that felt… a little underwhelming I still remember the evening I stood in my backyard, holding a cup of tea that had already gone cold. The space wasn’t bad. A couple of plants, a chair I barely used, and enough room to pace around when I was on calls. But … Read more
I remember standing in a completely uninspiring bathroom one day, dreaming of the ocean’s calming embrace. It’s funny how a room meant for relaxation doesn’t always feel so serene, right? I’ve been there—wondering how on earth to blend functionality with a sense of peace and beauty, especially when you’re longing for that coastal vibe but … Read more
Have you ever walked into a coastal boutique hotel bathroom and wished you could bring that serene, breezy vibe back home? I remember feeling that way during a weekend getaway last summer. The soft blues, the natural light dancing off white finishes, and those small decorative touches made every morning feel like a rejuvenating escape. … Read more
It started with a quiet corner that felt… a little lifeless I didn’t plan on making a fountain. Honestly, I was just trying to fix a dull spot on my balcony. You know that one awkward corner where things go to… exist? Not ugly, not pretty — just there. Mine had two slightly tired plants … Read more
