Fans Spot ‘Embarrassing Detail’ on Cristiano Ronaldo’s YouTube Set – But There’s a Catch
Cristiano Ronaldo has launched his new YouTube channel, UR, and fans are going wild. The channel promises to give fans a deeper look into the life of the 39-year-old football legend, exploring topics beyond his illustrious career. But, eagle-eyed fans have spotted what they think is an "embarrassing detail" on the set of the channel – a World Cup replica.
Or, at least, that’s what they thought. According to sources, the trophy is actually the Arab Club Champions Cup, which Ronaldo won with Al-Nassr last year. The Portuguese star scored both goals in the 2-1 win over Al-Hilal, so it’s fair to say he’s got every right to show it off.
Fans took to social media to share their reactions, with one saying, "Wait, does he have a World Cup replica in the corner?" Another fan replied, "People who watch YouTube don’t know much about football so they will be fooled into thinking Ronaldo has the World Cup." A third added, "No way bro, can only dream of that."
But, it seems that Ronaldo is all about giving his fans a behind-the-scenes look at his life, and that includes his footballing achievements. In a statement, he said, "I am very happy to make this project come to life. It has been in my mind for a long time but finally we have the opportunity to make it real. I have always enjoyed having such a strong relationship with fans on social media and my YouTube channel will give me an even bigger platform to do so and they will learn more about me, my family, and my views on many different subjects."
So, if you’re a fan of Cristiano Ronaldo, you can expect to see more exclusive content on his new channel, including interviews with special guests and a look into his personal life. And, who knows, you might even learn something new about the footballing legend.
