Whether you’re watching a movie in your comfy bed or having friends over for dinner, fried snacks are a must. And if they’re cutesy too, we’re sorted. Cheese makes every dish better; We are sure that you will agree with us. So if you’re bored of the typical potato shots and fries, here’s a recipe for cheesy corn bombs that really are the ‘bomb’.

Here is the step-by-step recipe for the snack of corn bombs with cheese:

Step 1 – In a bowl, combine the grated boiled potatoes, boiled tripe, and chopped bell peppers.

Step 2 – Also add salt, black pepper powder, green chilies, garlic paste, oregano seasoning, and a little cornmeal. Mix well.

Step 3 – Add a lot of cheese and mix well. Make small balls with the mixture.

Step 4 – Dip all the balls in the maida slurry and pass them through a bed of breadcrumbs.

Step 5 – Refrigerate these balls for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6 – Meanwhile, make achaari mayonnaise. You just have to combine some mayonnaise with any achaari masala.

Step 7: Now fry the corn balls with cheese and serve them with the spicy mayonnaise.
