Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) wants truckers who have since been kicked out of Canada to block the Super Bowl.
Rand Paul calls on truckers to block the Super Bowl and DC: “I’m all for it. Civil disobedience… is a time-honored tradition in our country from slavery to civil rights, you name it. Peaceful protest, get in the way, make people think about the mandates.” pic.twitter.com/zvCBTe9wkg

Paul said: “I totally agree. Civil disobedience is a time-honored tradition in our country, from slavery to civil rights, you name it. Peaceful protest, cover things up, make people think about mandates. I hope truckers come to America and clog up cities.”
The truckers fled the Ambassador Bridge as soon as police were authorized to take action against them. If any of these truckers try to disrupt something in Los Angeles on Super Bowl Sunday, US authorities will not be as patient or understanding.
The Super Bowl is the largest unofficial national holiday in the United States. Don’t mess with the Super Bowl.
Truckers throwing tantrums over injections have nothing in common with slavery and civil rights. Truckers are free to get COVID and die. They are even free to protest against the government’s policy of encouraging people to get vaccinated.
They are not free to block out the Super Bowl or Washington, DC.
Rand Paul is a fountain of bad ideas, but his comments make it clear that Republicans don’t have a political platform. The only goal of the Republican Party is the spread of chaos and anger.
Let the truckers try to block the Super Bowl or Washington, DC. If they follow Rand Paul’s advice, they could end up jobless and behind bars.
