For the price of a Champions League final ticket, fans will get to enjoy a Bavarian-style dinner cooked by a professional chef, receive two signed shirts from Lahm, and even score tickets to Bayern’s Bundesliga clash with Stuttgart at the Allianz Arena the following day.
"It is a place of retreat where you have nature around you and where it is quieter than in the city," Lahm told AD Magazine. "As a good host, I will personally welcome the guests and show them around our house."
But don’t wait too long to book – the villa will be available from August 7th at 17:00 BST, and fans will need to arrange their own travel to and from Lake Tegernsee and the Allianz Arena.
