Dr. Chauhan listed some effective Ayurvedic remedies to treat intestinal worms.
*Mixture vidanga powder (Embelia Ribes) with honey or warm water and have your child drink it every day in the morning.
* Drinking a concoction of dried ginger (adrak), black pepper (Kaali mirch), pippali (piper longum) and honey for 15 days also reduce worms.
*Juice of tulsi leaves with honey or juice of peach and honey is also helpful.

*For children up to 4-5 years old, soak a cotton ball in sesame oil or peanut oil and place it on the anus to reduce itching.
* A decoction of nagarmotha, daruharidraand thigh bark together with piper longum powder and vidanga helps remove worms as well.
