Real Madrid’s Big Debut for Mbappé Falls Flat as Endrick Steals the Show

The introduction of Endrick, however, changed the dynamics of the game. The Brazilian teenager, just 18 years old, looked carefree and clinical in his finishing, and his goal in added time sealed the win for Madrid. "He has great potential," Ancelotti said. "With the goal, he showed all his qualities."
This was a baptism by fire for Mbappé, who has been subject to intense scrutiny and expectation since joining the club. His fans will be patient, but he’ll know that he has to deliver in the big games. For Endrick, the short wait for a LaLiga goal is over, and the weight is lifted.
