Jadon Sancho’s Manchester City Training Ground Antics Revealed
Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has been handed a stern warning for his antics during his time at Manchester City’s training ground. The England international, who never made a first-team appearance for the Citizens, was known for his showboating skills on the pitch.
In an exclusive interview with JD Football, Sancho revealed that he nutmegged the captains of both Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City, with the latter being Vincent Kompany. The former City defender was not impressed, and Sancho was given a warning not to do it again.
Sancho’s love for showboating is no secret, and he’s often been seen busting out impressive skills on the pitch. His street football background has played a significant role in shaping his playing style, and he’s always looking to entertain the crowd.
"I nutmegged the captains of Dortmund and City, and they said ‘don’t do that again’. They don’t like it," Sancho said. "I feel like street football has helped me a lot. For me personally, I just like to show what I have and just try and do everything for my team. If it does include a nutmeg, then it includes a nutmeg. I’m more than happy to get the crowd cheering, get excited, and stand on their feet."
Sancho’s antics have been a topic of discussion in the football world, with some praising his skills and others criticizing his showboating. However, it’s clear that Sancho is a player who loves to have fun on the pitch and entertain the crowd.
What’s Next for Sancho?
Sancho is currently available for transfer after returning to Manchester United for pre-season. A shock switch to Chelsea as part of a swap deal which would see out-of-favour England colleague Raheem Sterling move to United has been mooted.
