Former Manchester United and England goalkeeper Ben Foster has shared a hilarious story about how he got fined £150,000 due to the antics of UFC star Paddy Pimblett. The incident occurred during the 2021-22 season, when Foster was playing for Watford.
Foster revealed the story on The Fozcast, where he said that Pimblett, a massive Liverpool fan, had been given four tickets to the match by him, with the condition that he keep his excitement under wraps. However, as the Reds took an early lead, Pimblett couldn’t contain his joy, jumping up and celebrating each goal.

According to Foster, a steward eventually came over and told Pimblett that he would have to leave the ground if he continued to celebrate. Despite being kicked out, Pimblett went straight to Instagram and posted a message saying "Thanks Fozzy lad for the tickets, I love you, but Watford you’re a c**p club".
Foster then shared that he got a week’s fine, which translated to £150,000, as a result of the post. He jokingly added, "I hope you get relegated, that’s what he said".
