controversial tax rules which oblige EU member states to present a public deficit of less than 3% and a debt of no more than 60% of GDP if they do not wish to be subject to the reinforced supervision of the famous ‘black in men’ Huh. ,
It was known that Brussels had given those countries too much time to clarify whether to maintain the suspension of fiscal rules.
Doesn’t mean an open bar to spend
