Ronaldo Sets the Record Straight: Jordan is the NBA GOAT
Cristiano Ronaldo has sparked a heated debate in the world of sports by ranking his all-time sporting GOATS on his new YouTube channel, ‘UR’. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has taken to the platform to engage with his fans and share his opinions on various topics, including sports.
In a recent video, Ronaldo was asked to choose between two legends from different sports. He had to decide between Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal in tennis, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Hulk Hogan in wrestling, and Tom Brady and Tiger Woods in American football. However, when it came to the NBA, Ronaldo didn’t hesitate to choose between Michael Jordan and Steph Curry.
The Portuguese superstar opted for the Chicago Bulls icon, citing his impressive six NBA championships and two separate three-peats. Jordan’s impressive resume and dominance on the court make him a strong candidate for the title of NBA GOAT.
Curry, on the other hand, has been compared to Jordan due to his incredible shooting ability and clutch performances. However, the Golden State Warriors point guard has a different take on the GOAT debate. In an interview, Curry explained that he believes there are multiple GOATs in the NBA, citing the difficulty of comparing eras and players.
"It’s not a cop-out answer, but it’s so hard to compare eras," Curry said. "And getting into that conversation of ‘oh if you put Michael in this era or if you put LeBron in that era,’ it’s kind of unfair. It’s a great barbershop debate, and it’s something that’ll never stop until the end of time."
Ronaldo’s opinion on the matter is likely to spark a heated debate among sports fans. While some may agree with his choice, others may argue that Curry’s impressive resume and accolades make him a strong contender for the title of NBA GOAT.
