Cristiano Ronaldo finally reveals the real reason why he will NEVER go into football management after he retires

Cristiano Ronaldo Reveals Why He’ll Never Become a Football Manager

Cristiano Ronaldo has made it clear that he has no intention of becoming a football manager once he hangs up his boots. The Portuguese superstar has been dominating the pitch for decades, and it seems he’s not ready to trade in his cleats for a coaching badge just yet.

Ronaldo, who will turn 40 in February, has been in incredible form recently, scoring his 900th career goal in Portugal’s Nations League win over Croatia. He’s also been tearing it up for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, netting four goals in as many matches.

So, what’s holding him back from taking the managerial leap? According to Ronaldo, it’s the current generation of players. He believes they don’t listen to advice and are too reliant on social media for education.

"I don’t have passions for this generation, it’s difficult especially in football, because they don’t take advice by our experience," Ronaldo said in an interview with Rio Ferdinand on Rio Presents. "They think they know everything, they think the phones will give you good education, the TikTok, the Instagram."

Ronaldo has other plans for his post-playing career, including expanding his business ventures and focusing on his YouTube channel, "UR Cristiano," which has already amassed a whopping 60 million subscribers.

"It will be a challenge to me and learn other areas I don’t know, be more involved in my business and I think will be good," he added.

Ronaldo’s decision to rule out a managerial role might come as a surprise to some, given his impressive leadership skills on the pitch. However, it’s clear that he’s set his sights on other challenges and is excited to explore new opportunities.
