Cristiano Ronaldo’s Ego Flares Up Again: Sends Angry Voice Note to Ex-Italy Star
Cristiano Ronaldo is known for being extremely sensitive about criticism, and his recent reaction to a former Italy international’s comments is proof of just that.
According to Antonio Cassano, the 39-year-old forward sent him a text message listing all his trophies and added a voice note saying he had disrespected him after Cassano named Ronaldo as not being in his top 10 players of all time.
On the BSMT podcast, Cassano shared the story, saying: "After I said Cristiano Ronaldo wasn’t in my top 10, I received a text from a +34 number. It was him, listing all the trophies he’s won. He added a voice message saying I disrespected him."
This isn’t the first time Ronaldo has reacted poorly to criticism. A few years ago, he blocked a transfer website after they gave him a valuation of £67.5 million and ranked him 37th in the world.
