Just hours after news broke of Chelsea’s pursuit of Victor Osimhen, the Blues have reportedly made a ‘concrete offer’ for Hoffenheim striker Maximilian Beier. It’s the latest in a string of transfers that have left fans and pundits alike scratching their heads.
