The Carabao Cup second-round draw has been made, and it’s a thrilling one! With Premier League clubs entering the competition, the stakes are higher than ever. On Tuesday night, 32 Carabao Cup fixtures took place, with the likes of Blackburn Rovers, Watford, Sheffield United, and Coventry City securing their spot in the next round.

Wednesday saw three more matches go down, with Hull City losing 2-1 to Sheffield Wednesday, Wayne Rooney’s Plymouth Argyle beating Cheltenham Town 3-0, and Leeds United getting knocked out with a 3-0 defeat to Middlesbrough.
