The match was a thrilling one, with Argentina coming back from 2-0 down to snatch a 2-2 draw. The 22-year-old midfielder Cristian Medina headed home the equalizer in the 16th minute of injury time, sparking wild celebrations among the Argentine players.

But the joy was short-lived, as Moroccan fans responded by pelting the Argentine players with bottles and cups. The situation escalated after the full-time whistle, with players like Manchester City’s Julian Alvarez being targeted with fireworks as they made their way to the tunnel.

The chaos was so intense that several Morocco fans invaded the pitch, leading to confusion over whether the full-time whistle had been blown or the match temporarily halted.
