Newcastle United Strengthen Academy with 14 New Signings
The Magpies have made a bold move to bolster their academy by signing 14 talented youngsters, including winger Ezra Tika-Lemba from West Ham and defender Aaron Epia from Everton. These new arrivals join the club on scholarship deals, marking a significant investment in the future of the team.
Among the new recruits, Tika-Lemba is one to watch, having already impressed with his pace and skill on the pitch. Epia, on the other hand, brings a wealth of experience from his time at Everton, and will be looking to make a strong impression in his new surroundings.
According to Steve Harper, the academy director, the new scholars will be receiving a comprehensive program that includes education, life skills, psychology, strength and conditioning, and a top-notch football program. Harper welcomed the new recruits, saying: "Moving from school into a full-time programme isn’t easy, but it’s a fantastic opportunity. Good luck, boys!"

One player who has already caught the eye of fans is midfielder Lewis Miley. Unfortunately, he missed the last few weeks of the season due to a back injury and will now miss Newcastle’s pre-season campaign after injuring his metatarsal in training.
