Lionel Messi was killed on Saturday at the end of the match with an unknown fine to grab the neck of New York City Assistant Coach.
The World Cup winner was seen on camera in a confrontation with NYCFC assistant coach Mehdi Balluchi after the final whistle. He placed his hand behind the coach’s neck twice.
MLS said in a statement that his actions violated the league’s “Hand for the face/head/neck of a rival policy”.
Messi installed a stop time against New York FC
Messi established a stop-time equipment for Team-Met Telco Segovia at the Chase Stadium in Inter Miami at the season opener at the season opener.
Messi’s team partner Uruguay Luis Suarez also received a similar fine in half a time to place his hands behind the neck of NYFC defender Birk Risa.
Louis Suarez was also fined after NYFC game
