Aston Villa fans were left scratching their heads as Leon Bailey failed to make an impact in the Europa League clash against Bayern Munich, leading to a backlash on social media.
Bailey started on the bench and was brought on in the 28th minute to replace Jacob Ramsey, who picked up an injury. However, his stint on the pitch was short-lived as he was substituted himself 52 minutes in for Ian Maatsen.
And boy, did the fans let him have it! "Sorry.. but Leon Bailey has offered nothing but negativity and poor defensive cover. Was looking a liability tbh.
